Dato' Mohamad Lotfy Bin Mohamad Noh (Dato' Mohamad Lotfy) holds an Advance Diploma in Business Studies from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and a Diploma in Marketing (CIM,UK).
Dato' Mohammad Lotfy's vast career path began at Public Bank Berhad before moving to Kwong Yik Finance Bhd back in 1986. From the banking industry, he moved into property development in 1990 and subsequently served in four leading property companies which includes MK Associates Sdn Bhd, Land & General Berhad, Golden Hope Properties Sdn Bhd and Island and Peninsular Berhad.
After more than three decades, Dato' Mohamad Lofty brings a mastery competency in breakthrough thinking in leadership, business and value-add development. His attributes include a strong credibility in property development to include investment, finance and marketing. An authority on managing growth and increasing shareholder value, he joined the Property Investment Division of the Employees Provident Fund Board (EPF) as General Manager in 2005. At EPF, Dato' Mohamad Lofty managed mega property deals with Gross Development Value (GDV) of over RM5.0 billion. It was also in EPF where Dato' Mohamad Lofty had established overseas property ventures for the funds multi-billion Ringgit investment portfolio and pioneered the property acquisition in the United Kingdom and Australia where he was instrumental in setting up of the base foundations for the investments. Dato' Mohamad Lofty also led the property investment team of EPF in the acquisition of the last prime piece of land in Sungai Buloh with a projected GDV of RM50 billion. Since 2011, Dato' Mohamad Lofty was the Managing Director of Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of EPF and the master developer for township development of Kwasa Damansara in Selangor, noted to be one of the largest development in the state until his retirement in March 2020.
Dato' Mohamad Lotfy is currently an independent board member of Johor Land Berhad and Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd.
