Ms. Goh began her career as a pupil-in-chambers of in Shook Lin & Bok in 2001 and was subsequently appointed as Legal Assistant in July 2002 in the Intellectual Property department. Her main area of work was reviewing and advising on trade mark, patent and industrial design registration, advising on trade mark and copyright infringement and was part of the litigation team involving trade mark and patent ownership and infringements.
In 2003, Ms. Goh left Shook Lin & Bok and joined Andrew T.S. Goh & Khairil in 2004. She is currently a Senior Partner and Head of Conveyancing, Corporate and Banking Department. Her main area of expertise are advising and drafting of share sale agreements, shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements (government and housing development projects), reviewing, negotiating and drafting of Sales and Purchase Agreements, reviewing, advising and preparing loan documentation for corporate banking, retail banking, Small Medium Enterprise banking and Islamic Banking for various financial institutions and credit companies.
