Mr. Ho Yu Hang was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2021 after completing his pupillage at Messrs Sia Boon Chee & Co in Selangor, where he subsequently practiced as a Legal Assistant. During his tenure there, he focused on general litigation and real estate matters, successfully managing high-stakes cases in debt recovery, land disputes, construction disputes, matrimonial issues, and defamation.
In 2023, Mr. Ho joined Messrs L Y Lu & Co as a Legal Assistant, where he expanded his expertise into corporate and commercial law. In this role, he provided in-depth advice on corporate governance and compliance, employment law, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts for both Malaysian private limited companies and foreign businesses.
In present, Mr. Ho is the founder of Messrs Ho & Partners, offering a comprehensive range of legal services including general civil litigation and dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, probate and estate administration, intellectual property law, family and matrimonial matters, and property and real estate law.
