Selma Enolil Binti Mustapha Khalil ("Selma") has over 20 years of working experience, with 15 years as a founding parther in Enolil Loo, advocates and solicitors.
Selma spent her initial years as an advocate and solicitor with an established legal firm, Messrs Abu Talib Shahrom & Zahari, prior to joining TNB Remaco Sdn Bhd in 1998, a subsidiary of Tenaga Nasional Berhad. In the year 2000, she resumed practising law as an advocate & solicitor with Messrs Raslan Loong, and has gained vast experience in legal advisory and transactional work in areas including capital markets, corporate commercial, corporate finance, corporate restructuring and recovery, mergers and acquisitions, and energy law.
In 2003, she co-founded Messrs Enolil Loo, Advocates and Solicitors, in which she is currently a Partner. Selma is also currently an independent non-executive director of LKL International Berhad, a public limited company listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad where she is also the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Risk Management Committee.
She has also been appointed as a director of Techbond Group Berhad and is a trustee of Ericsen Foundation, a charitable organization focusing on aid and relief to the poor and needy.
