Dato’ Seri Ir. Hj. Mohd Noor bin Yaacob is presently the President of Road Engineering Association of Malaysia. He was previously the Director-General of the Public Works Department, a position he held since 2011 until 31 March 2014. He had joined the civil service in 1977 as a works Engineer in the Public Works Department and has served in various capacities within the Public Works Department. He is also the Former President of the Board of Engineers of Malaysia. Dato’ Seri Ir. Hj. Mohd Noor was appointed as Director of S P Setia Berhad on 15 October 2014. He was appointed as a member of the Risk Management Committee on 12 March 2015.
