If based on cost of sales, the inventory of RM 579 million is equivalent to 9 months sales !

The inventory of RM 579 million at end of 2023 was equivalent to 7 months sales! And that's after a huge write down of inventories.

2023 net profit was Rm 44 million......but net operating cash flow increased only RM 34 million. Where did all the cash go? They went to a huge build up of inventories. That's why there's a huge inventory write down.

Ringgit at 4.79 to USD will bring huge forex losses from USD loan.

The corporate exercise destroyed shareholders ' value completely.

Ask yourself....one clinic can make how much money a year....?

If the company can buy 2 clinics for RM 70 millions, what do you think the company is worth and what do you think of the management?

There will be attempts to prop up the price but it won't be sustainable.

With ringgit at 4.77 now, forex loss must be huge.

Acquisition is the fastest way to grow. if you set up one clinic at a time, can you get the customers?

The selling seems over done. The acquisition at PE 12 is not unreasonable.

I Bella bought at PE ratio of 12 only. There's value accretion. Good buy.
