As a steel trading company, I believe AYS fair value is 40 sen to 50 sen in view of steel price volatility and recent downtrend in steel prices.

When steel price fall, it will be bad for AYS as their steel stocks will have to be written down to lower of cost or net realisable value.

Everyone knows that the company closed for about 20 days in July/Aug bcos of covid. But they will catch up in the 4th quarter as their order book is already fuill until Feb 2022.
