Mmc at price 71sen (dividend 6%)is quite safe,buying batch buy batch if u worry,looking at their financial report last few years is getting better,cash flow increase Unless CEO mislead shareholders, we can't do anything, start buying slowly now don't start chasing when the share price over 1.00???

Hehehe long term holding of Mmc is for those in 20s, 30s or 40s for us when Mmc reach it value we should sell and spend and enjoy otherwise money is useless,but doesn't mean Mmc price won't go up in future!!!

Don't know why the ports and lands not factors into the share price, two listed companies and Johor airport already worth about 1 dollars, thatwise in 2017 CEO says need to list ports business to factor the true value of MMC CROP,.

Mmc much of it's debts is related to ports and job contract so is not a problem, they are all Profitable that wise Mmc not in the hurry to list their ports business, real debts only 3-4billions, cash flow is good about 2billions!

When Malakoff is a Mmc subsidiary it has to consolidated the whole debts of malakoff 20plus billions in Mmc before,now is a associate company need only consolidate 38% debts to Mmc, Malakoff do pay profit to Mmc as a form of dividends, every year Malakoff paid all it's profits as dividend to it's shareholders so 38% dividend to Mmc, now Mmc got about 10billions debts but about 7 billions belong to associate Malakoff.

Nothing 100% for sure anyway buying batch by batch is safe, dividend 6-7 percent now, MMC paying dividend last 20 years without fail may be next year suspend or half dividend but following year will be back to normal for medium term is alot better than banks and share price gain!!!

Depend at that time stockmarket is good or not if is bull or normal then maybe 2-3 Dollar worth!

70% of Huge debt belong to associate Malakoff, Mmc crop debt is only 3-4 billions and ports business is going strong, once Mmc list it ports the company will be financial position will be very strong, actually it's listed companies Makakoff, gas Malaysia and Johore airport already worth 1.20 and now only 65sen that mean it's ports and land worth few billions is free,Last 20 years Given dividend About 4sen yearly and cash flow is good, ports business will be good in the future when u think of e-commerce people buying things online!!! Don`t worry Mmc associate Gas berhad and Malakoff berhad announced normal div,so common sense Mmc should pay at least 3sen last year 4sen but 2019 profit better 2018.Next year maybe colder than water depend 2020 profit but Mmc cash flow is good, anyway crononovirus is short term problem why this is good time to accumulate MMC or other good company with good Div.

Bro I think the same maybe worse than 1997 and 2008 but good news is alots of countries pump a lot of money into the economy and prints tons of money into the financial markets just like 2008-9 market come back very fast ( v-shape) but nobody can 100% sure it's a gamble that life!!! If Mmc goes back under 50 can collect slowly I advise but don't blame me, I personally think this company got future, Ports never die it's part of country economy!!!
