I dun see any reason for Gadang not to be able to secure MRT2 viaduct package contract as they are the fastest contractor to complete MRT1 viaduct package 2, of course their MRT1 package 2 was more straight forward compared to IJM package 5 which mostly at the center of existing traffic.
Some more, we can also notice that their management team efficiency in improving their construction profit margin.
If not mistaken, the profit from Johor Capital City still yet to show much in their financial statement.
At the same time, their recurring income from Indonesia utilities and also Sabah plantation will be boost their financial in near future.
Last and not least, their current low PE among construction peers also contribute to their price limited downside,

Yes, he becomes very good in FA now through learning and practising. Yes Sephiroth has testimony that Teik Chuan has on his own, has discovered many good companies to invest in at good prices. I even got some ideas from him like Homeritz, Scicom etc. Very happy about this good learner.

Just wondering where is he now?

Actually, i put JCY and Notion in my monitoring list recently. Wow, so late already, not yet sleep? :)

for me, i will sell 25% to 50%, depends on how many lots i have. So far still haven't encounter this kind of situation. :)

As i said earlier, i just started half of this year. So, almost everything new to me. I also mentioned about which ctrs i had bought last time.

2. Cash flow and FCF: CFFO = 66m; 1.5 times of gross profit 43m. CAPEX = 33.3m, that's make its FCF = 32.5m which more than 5% of revenue
3. PER = Price/EPS = 8.125 which still quite low
4. DY% = Dividend/Price = 1.5%; but last year DY% ~ 3%
5. NTA = 1.19 which is 1.8 times of current share price

Company mainly involved in manufacture SLR camera lens, HDD. Last year end, fire broke out at Klang plant and it affected their productions. Insurances claimed (only partial if not mistaken).

Missed the kolo mee there, also Char Siew Bao at Indian Street there. :)
