（吉隆坡16日訊）TH重工（THHEAVY，7206，主板貿服組）與合作伙伴－McDermott國際結盟受市場看好，使它成為油氣業裝置領域主要經營者之一，未來盈利表現有望倍增，刺激該公司股價一度漲升6.5仙，或7.60%至92仙，創下逾一年最高記錄。
受重大利好消息激勵，使該公司全天收市漲6仙，至91.5仙，全天總共有7千693萬9千100股易手，TH重工WA（THHEAVY-WA，7206WA，憑單）也升2.5仙，至51仙，成交量達5千656萬7千200單位，顯示交投活絡，獲得投資或投機者的追逐交易。
安聯研究指出，TH重工與McDermott國際合作後，料將成為油氣業裝置領域的主要經營者。與McDermott國際合作後，後者將在其油氣裝置業務持30%股權。
同時，預料該公司的浮式生產儲油卸油船（FPSO）領域將引人注目，使該行將其2014年財政年每股淨利預測大幅度上調131%，因預料它將取得更多工程合約利好支撐。
安聯研究將其參考合理價定在1令吉16仙，或等於2014年財政年預測本益比18倍。該公司為國家石油頒給執照的大馬7家油氣裝置公司之一。
目前該公司的主要資產，包括在英達島擁有占地57英畝的裝置船塢工場，一艘AFRAMAX型浮式生產儲油卸油船-Deep Producer-1（完成80%），以及將持有鋪管駁船塔式起重設備的30%股權。
該行指出，為了解決其產能問題，該公司計劃在中期裡，將其裝置船塢工場地擴大至2萬公吨（目前僅可容納1萬公吨），而另一項利好催化因素，為潛在合作或投資在岸外支援船隻市場，特別是其大股東－朝聖基金局擁有多家船隻及岸外支援船隻公司。（星洲日報／財經）
