Hi supeman88, I rather wait for special dividend pay out. It should be big sum of money. But before the special dividend expired this counter have to raise up to certain value in order not to impact on investor benefit.

my opinion for tgoffs -- stop loss at 10% (~0.59ct) take profit 30%(0.85ct) for 1st wave

For example CD and CE cost nearer to actual value because going to mature at nov 2013 but cf will only mature next year April so investor will feel it have more room to grow so that the price will be higher as well

Another factor to determine the price is maturity date. Longer duration might cost higher as well
