多元媒体及通讯部长哥宾星上任後，开始出招，昨日透露政府将＂打开＂马电讯（TM 4863）和国家能源（TENAGA 5347）的光织电缆管道後，市场担心马电讯垄断地位不再，不管三七廿一抛售马电讯股票。

马电讯营运会受到什麽程度的影响，目前还无法评估，不过市场认定＂打开垄断＂肯定不利这家官联公司，马电讯市值一天里蒸发了7亿令吉，投资者是否反应过敏，还要看接下来的发展。

光织电缆管道和通讯柱可以共用之後，主要的电讯商必可大事投资铺设，网速将增加，收费也可能减低，迎来5G时代之前，政府开放网际网络，江湖从此是多事之秋。

多家公司将成投资者焦点，到底谁能在自由天空下脱颖而出，成为大赢家，目前还言之过早。

将加入自由天空竞争的包括明讯（MAXIS 6012），亚通（AXIATA 6888）和数码网络（DIGI 6941）。

OCK集团（OCK 0172）和OPCOM集团（OPCOM 0035）这电讯基本设施工程公司，也可能从中受惠。

目前拥有200,000名固网频道（BROADBAND）用户的明讯（MAXIS）已摩拳擦掌，准备大举投资於光织电缆，以争取更多用户。

马电讯目前下BROADBAND供应商垄头，拥有200万名用户，它遍布全国的基本设施是成为龙头老大的主要原因。

明讯则是一家积极争取市场的公司，铺设的光织电缆迎头赶上，预料可抢到更多用户。

《九点股票》将焦点集中於电讯网络服务商OCK集团，该公司股价在五月九日大选之前仍站在75仙至80仙之间，大选後股价就一路滑跌至目前的RM0.655。

OCK集团本益比是22倍，估值不便宜，不过若政府打开国家能源（TENAGA）和马电讯的光织电缆管道，各电讯公司争相铺设更多光织电缆，OCK集团的工作预料会快速增加。

合约增加要转化为盈利，或要在六到九个月之後才见到。
