you can not expect big margin from this kind of business and can not evaluate using PE methodology.
You have to present to your customer on your formula of base rental. example

rental = (construction cost) x (1+impairment rate)+ maintain expense) x (1 + cost markup rate) useful life of depreciation

A good management like OCK will well focus to reduce construction cost and reduce maintain expense( which is their expect) to increase life of usage and hence your profit margin will increase.

After OCK invest heavily in TNS finally bear fruit.
Not only each region can self sustain (Net profit > depreciaiton + finance cost) but able to reduce company net gearing
With the support of healthy tenancy ratio, BTS, i am expecting overall margin is able to turn around this financial year.

b.AES integrated with new automated awareness safety system(AWAS)which combines the cameras with the Kejara Demerit Point System
c.Fail to pay up their summonses will be blacklisted and will not be allowed to renew their driving licences.
d.AES installation is based on accident statistic previously complain by the opposition

time is the best friend for telecom tower. Telenor is enjoying 2month exclusive period from ock tower. As time go on, more revenue stream is expected.
