ktsk88, P1 and GP = 2 different company. GP is major shareholder of P1. The white knight is taking over P1, not buying GP :)

The comp owner is a good guy, unluckily got no fund to boost the business further and end up need to get white knight to save the company. He lost more than anyone of us.

Note that "good news" could be good to the company ONLY, not to the shareholder.

The initial "good news" is not a good news anymore, due to some delay and change to the T&C.
Also, another "bad news" (known earlier, by right should happen few weeks after the initial good news) is coming soon which means both "good news" and "bad news" may happen at the same time :( GP may not hit >50 cents even the "good news" happens first.......i would advise skip this counter and go for others unless there are significant changes again.

listen to me sometimes also cant help unless u dare to throw at loss. The plan keep changing, worst case may only happen after few more months :(
