After the boss buy the whole outsourcing business for cheap RM 60 million, the company will have nothing left inside, it is just an empty box. Do you think RANHIL ENERGY will subscribe the new shares of Symphony at high price per share? I don't think so..... If symphony really sell the BPO at RM 60 million, then with the current number of 660,000,000 shares reducing to 66,000,000 + right issue 66,000,000(@RM1.50) shares, the total shares will be 132,000,000. And the assets they have in the company is only RM 60,000,000 + RM 66,000,000 = RM159,000,000. So the NTA per share is only RM1.205. So, with 10 current share, you will only get 1 shares. it also means that the current price of Symphony is actually RM 2.90. Will Ranhill Energy subscribe Symphony's new issue shares at RM2.90????

There are so many companies' NTA is higher than market price and profitable, yet still pay dividend. For example..TOMEI, POH KONG,......This company is surviving with rumor that it could be bought over by other investor,...bullshit.

Mana ada potential lah. This company is hopeless....

I totally agree.

Many furniture companies in Malaysia buy chipboard from Vanachai because of the lower price. Mieco is not able to compete them with price because of the higher operation cost. However, Mieco can produce premium board like very low-VOC chipboard. I think the possible way is Vanachai buy the shares of Mieco from Ambang Sehati. I already started to accumulate the shares..... lol

Mieco Chipboard is producing chipboard, it is diffrent from MDF board.
I think the consolidation will be soon...
