More accurately is 70% of listed property companies. This does not include all sdn bhd. If some sdn bhd become its new client, it will have more sales

company marketing plan is targeting on big client only. due to limited resource to " entertain " all client, IFCA target on big client that generate higher net profit margin. IFCA actually reject some small client due to limited workforce.

some are RM 10K and above

And among 60 company, little of them srlling property gst software. Others are retail type of software.

Who get the bigger piece in property sector is know to be ifca, proven by revenue and profit, not just your pure assumption

This credible consotium maybe just imagination or just a pirated copy.

Customer based already there, no worry at all. If u have good pirated software, government can fine your company, by the time u lose business license and lose revenue. Who want to risk it.

U think simply set up a company sell similar software with cheaper price, developer will be attracted? Risk is there for them. Big property firm definitely dont want to risk it

No need to debate, more than 50% already subscrib ifca, revenue already 100mil. Listed company are not allow to buy pirated software.

Since already subscribed, no reason to get 2 diff softwares
