The overall length of the bridge is 632 metres, with a width of 23 metres. The clear span of the drawbridge is 50 metres long. 2 ) Zelan Berhad ("Company") would like to announce that its fully owned subsidiary, Zelan Construction Sdn Bhd ("ZCSB"), has received a Letter of Award from PETRONAS Refinery and Petrochemical Corporation Sdn Bhd ("PRPCSB") for Contract No.: RAPID/CTC/21-2013-P20B1 for the Provision of Basic Design, Detail Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning ("BEPCC") of Material Off Loading Facilities ("MOLF") Jetty at Tanjung Setapa for Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development ("RAPID") Project at Pengerang, Johor ("Works").

3 ) Reference is made to the Announcement dated 17 June 2014 in relation to the extension of 30 days requested by Meena Holdings LLC ("MH"), the owner of Meena Plaza Mixed Use Development Project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, for MH to comply with its obligation in the SSA to provide Zelan Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd ("ZHSB") with a document from MH's financier demonstrating MH's readiness of financing as supported by a signed copy of the loan agreement between MH and its financier evidencing that the financing is available for drawdown.

Zelan Berhad would like to announce that ZHSB has on 16 July 2014 received a letter from MH, requesting a further extension of 60 days for MH to comply with its abovementioned obligation. Upon due consideration of MH's request, ZHSB has on 17 July 2014 responded to MH, giving an extension of 30 days.

Accordingly, the relevant timings in the SSA, including the Payment Date and Recommencement Date (both of which are defined in the Announcement dated 15 April 2014), will be adjusted for the same duration.
