（吉隆坡20日讯）达玛斯资源（TADMAX，4022，主板工业股）將以3亿1733万令吉，脱售其子公司达玛斯电力私人有限公司所有股权，予1马发展机构的子公司。

达玛斯电力是一家从事產业发展业务的公司。

根据截至2012年12月31日止的经审核財务报告，达玛斯电力拥有2亿9191万令吉的净资產，截至目前的未审核净资產至大约是1亿3839万令吉，主要是一项位於雪州英达岛的土地。

买方是Ivory Merge私人有限公司，是1马发展房地產私人有限公司的独资子公司。

该公司表示，这项脱售土地的行动是要改善公司的財务状况。

完成脱售之后，公司负债率將显著的改善，並將对未来的现金状况有正面的贡献。

该公司今日午盘开始暂停交易，以作出这项宣布，並將会在明日恢复交易。

该公司今日早盘已经大幅走高，股价早盘结束时达到0.64令吉的52週新高，上涨11.5仙或21.9%，是週四涨幅第16大的股项。

成交量也达到3478万股。

i read the bursa attachment regarding selling of Pulau indah's land.

the sale proceeds translates into 36.6 cent increase in net asset per shares. meaning the new NTA raises from 56 cent to 92.6 cent.

28 FEB will release Q4 2013 income report. this report will definitely show losses as the revenue only start generate in Jan 2014.
