Affin Hwang Research has maintained its "sell" call on AirAsia X Bhd (AAX) with a target price of 45 sen from 65 sen previously as it lowered the long haul budget airliner's forecast to losses instead of profit.

Analyst Sharifah Farah said AAX's core net loss of RM333 million in the nine months ended Sept 30, 2014 came in "grossly" below Affin Hwang's and market estimates on lower-than-expected average fare and higher fuel cost.

She said AAX reported a larger-than-expected core net loss of RM176 million in Q3'2014 compared to RM4.3 million profit in Q3'2013, widening its nine months core net loss to more than 100% from a year earlier.

AAX already in Holland, no need new flight to be there.

CIMB is upgrading the stock to hold, but AAX's "fans" MIDF is setting the TP from 0.96 to 0.69...

GoodCompanies, you are saying so, just because you made a mistake to buy AAX in the past.. if you are invest for long term and believe in AAX, you should buy another 9 tranches or more at this low price...

please don't compare AAX to Apple or FB. Apple and FB's revenue can easily go up with their new innovative products or penetrating to new market. Apple and FB are monopoly the market, have a lot diehard fans...
what AAX have? AAX got any diehard fans to buy their tickets even the price is expensive ?(like iphone can with higher price?) . no.. AAX got nothing...

for those bought during IPO, already 50% rugi..
for those bought around 0.80- 0.90 supporting point, already at least 20% rugi...
don't cheat yourself anymore, just admit AAX is a lousy stock, and you made a wrong decision.

Shenzhen and HK are basically one country. Many policies can tolerate for both sides benefits.
JB/ Iskandar and singapore are competitors, if Iskandar success, for sure will threaten singapore. If too many PR or even singaporeans stay in JB, what will be happened? 1) the properties price in sin drop. 2)Retailers will close shops as most will spend in JB.. 3) not mention the investments..will singapore let this happen and help malaysia develop iskandar?

i just read AAX 2Q14 Preliminary Ops Statistic announced 5/8/2014. Looks like MIBB quoted based on this statistic. So it shouldn't have any miracle on today's final report.
