In S'pore it reported about 120 companies being suspected of falsification of a/cs,so be very careful in selection of company.In stock market,95% lose money so to me it is not good to dabble as the rate of losing is very high.
If you have a stable job,it is good to buy properties for investment especially shops.Don't buy condo,it is oversupplied unless good areas where you can easily let out.
