US shale producers are simply producing all the oil they can to maximize profits,well knowing that shale wells are short-lived and so do not think far ahead.The falling is going to take a while to stop.

At 40 USD many producers , perhaps all shale producers , will be priced out. Market will find a new 'normal' from that point on.

Saudi Arabia is taking the price war to US shale producers. They are trading short term profit margin for their long-term survival. They did it once in 1980s crushing those higher cost oil producers in US, and they are doing it again!

Oil price did not go up just half year ago, and KNM did not go up just becos oil price went up. It was turning around. No doubt net profit is not great enough to beloudly shouted about, but profit is improving each quarter. With the greater oustanding contracts/sales to be realised in coming quarters, is it proper to use annualised basis when it comes to estimating whole year profit? Having said that I do agree that the stock may see some downside,at least in the short term

no production cut means business as usual for KNM , mr market seems to price KNM based on oil price movement, for god sake KNM is not an oil pruducing company

Till we see the EIA approval getting through, it is how fast the secured sales of RM515m can be recognised, that will shape the price movement of the share.

Bj corp has been on down trend for years and recorded a low of 0.455 on 6/6. That low has not been breached during Oct sell off. If no new low is seen in the coming 2-3 months then I guess 0.455 is the rock bottom low in the long term trend of the stock. Long term investors should consider to accumulate then.
