I m not so optimistic on Monday"s movement of whole KLCI. This budget has negative impact to the stock market, increase taxation from 25-->28%, min wages RM1000. Our gov seems really short of money.. But those ministers are happy.. Act like none of their biz.. Their pocket still full, shit!

I took previous two qr as references which already factor in strong USD however disappointed some shareholders here who expected to be better. Do not forget other peers have better qr bcoz of their production expansion but supermax stucked long enough with jus two new lines. Then I can't find reasons why its coming qr will shine like peers.

With topglove CEO statement, ppl have been speculating his target is supermax. I rather belief when he announces it in coming near future. I rather choose to blif if this becomes true, great bonus for shareholders unless price offered will be attractive enuf.

Airasia can't privatize if they r in expansion mode to maintain their competitiveness. They need this channel to raise fund to buy aircraft. They r in money burning biz. In the past, I only see airlines being privatized due to heavy debt n keep losing money n always bailed out by gov. Ex. Mas n Jap.

I do hope supermax can fly coz I m shareholder as well. I invested coz I found it undervalued. However, I learnt lesson from previous action of "too smart to be wrong" n analyze stock more from their industry n fundamental point of views.

I run too.. Sentiment too bearish won't spark. QR results is expected to be better that last Q however in order to make it come bk same as last yr same q similar result, I'm not optimistic. Hi Mafanyau, I agree ur point, however, fundamental and peer performance are guideline references but not absolute indication. I belief supermax had been consolidated since around 1 yr since dropping from its peak at 3.00+. Do not forget that this counter is a little bit of political related since CEO supported opposition openly during last election and recent court case of insider trade has not closed file yet. These could be the reason behind why it is left behind and in other word, also provide an opportunity with cheaper price while fundamental consider positive. I still remain cautious to this counter that is why I shoot my bullet real slow to observe it at the same time. It has positive side but oso negative side unlike its peers.

It tried to move to follow its peers but poor thing that KLCI turned bearish when it just started to move n hit 2.6x. Very unfortunate timing. What I hope to see nw is KLCI has to stop bleeding from foreign outflow n stable, when everyone become rational rather than emotional, only our stock market can move rational towards fundamental rather than emotional panic selling. Hope my points stand..

Maybank is a stable stock to park ur money at compare to FD if u r looking at having gd dividend payout. This stock mainly for big fund to play. Lower chance to have significant paper gain by calculating gaining percentage. Unlikely for retailers to move the price up n down. Only foreign fund n local fund sizing like EPF has the capability to do so.

I believe this happens to topglove as well that is why topglove is always be the leader of glove stock. Up most n down most. However, supermax I think is favorable for small retailer like me becoz of the cheaper entering price. This applies to many retailers I believe.

Mafanyau, dun be too pessimistic, u talk like u have invested all ur bullets in this counter, otherwise in my situation, I will accumulate when there is every 10% discount from the share price from nw depends on the situation but make it slow. I sold at 2.4x n bought Bck a few at 2.11. If fly, I pursuit. If drop to my TP, I accumulate few again. Stock market is like war field. U dun always win or lose but gd tactics will always increase chance of winning. Hope my theory is right.

If the bear is as fierce as the one seen Bck to 2008, it scratches for a yr until 2009 only stop. Stock market is always emotional when bearish, rational when bullish. We do see support for this counter hovering between 1.90-2.20 for past one year. Any price under 1.90, it will become a mature bear and see no bottom until blood drained. IB analysts have been giving TP from 6.00-7.50. Friday closed at 5.70. If last closed price is considered high n overvalue, so what is reasonable price after u analyze? 5? 4? 3? 2? 1? Or 0?

We take IB analysts TP as ref. just as ref but not simply follow or blif what they wrote. However, they r the one who attended presentation plant tour n quarterly briefing. So their information are somehow useful.

It is exciting to follow this counter here n I have been reading all the comments since half a yr ago. Very cheerful to see steady uptrend with just nice volume to support without being issued UMA by Bursa. Have been watching it since 2 years ago n bought in last yr Dec when the bull starts running! N I had again achieved my 100% target while still holding it to see next quarterly results before making my decision to dispose it. I see no news being good news for MPI by following the market increasing demand for semi-con.
