Mostly the tenants in KLCC are High End clothes brand and high end watches are these reflective in the covid era pandemic wear? Besides the high end clothes stores and the high end watch stores which mainly targets foreign tourist what is there in KLCC that you cant get in other malls? What other attractions are there in KLCC during a covid period?

Based on latest Quarterly report for Pharma: 1) Supplying 10mil shots of sinovac (we know govt of selangor selling at RM380 per shot to companies so imagine revenue for pharma will increase by RM3800mil (RM3.8billion) 2) Profit : Sinovac at most cost USD14/shot (RM120 for 2 shots) but Selangor sell for Rm380 for 2 shot and claim is their cost price? meaning pharmaniaga charge Rm380???? Like that profit is almost 68%. Say we take conservative profit estimate of 50% the initial 10 million shots of sinovac will boost profit of RM1.9billion? Dont you think will certainly boost share price so long as got demand on vaccine 3)Some more ramping up of 2mil to 4mil doses a month under National Pharmaceutical Regulation Agency 4) Potential new business in Halal Vaccine Project expected in 2024.

If back of envolope calculation of RM1.9billion/261million shares the NPV = +RM7.26

Csi now at 77x low in 3Q according to MIER. If it improves to 100x in 2018 wouldnt the profit increase? But of course may be already priced in. Not sure too. Any expert advice?
