When u want to plan for your vacation or buy your phone, you shop around for weeks compare here there to decide what to buy when and buy from who. When come to stocks you just pour your savings in without much caution, please be careful with your hard earned money.

My average buy price is 0.23. I am all out last week. If there is confirmed deal, company should announce; or they should keep investors updated with its ir portal. Current price even drop another 20% i still think it is overpriced. There are so many great shares around why risk your money with this one.

Happy to see today's upward trend but not sure if this is sustainable.. small shareholders have to understand their power n entitlement, don't panic sale then only can sustain. My view only.

It is an unconditional n mandatory takeover because New Avent is now a majority shareholder offer an offer of 0.80, this offer has to be extended to all shareholders by law, sec 218(2) of CMSA if I haven to quote. NA has stated its intention to have this share remain listed, twice in bold until the circular. So if small shareholders do not sell their shares, then its px is determined by market px.

Good point Mymediocre. Every settlement price involves a willing buyer and a willing seller. If it is 1.20 now it means sb buys at 1.20 despite d offer price is now 0.80 so the q is why would someone buys at 1.20

Small shareholders could reject the offer and new avent states that they have no intention to delist this company. Unconditional mandatory takeover is a must offer based on bursa Malaysia regulations

Haiz this is all panic sale. Unconditional mandatory takeover is not forced sale.. it will only happen if new avent owes 90% of shareholding (which means buys over all shares from OSK investment and very aggressive buys from open market; which is an action of substantial shareholders u will for sure be notified)... please read the circular carefully before you do anything.

@investidiva not one-off revenue. It has expanded into profitable LoBs since Wistron Corp took over. Next 2q profits should up n div should up.. 1.1-1.3 price range is good time to buy in.

From FA perspective, with bonus issue or not it doesn't matter. As your share of the company's net worth of assets does not change. It only improves liquidity as market price is now lower.
