Normally before news will up slowly few days, because the insider know smtg, then after news, many investors will busy buying a lot therefore the price will rocket up. After that they will sell out all their shares because they not willing to hold longer, then the price will drop for several days. After the contra kaki all out then only up slow by slow. I don’t think Dnex will “sell on news”. Silterra is different compare with NIIS. Silterra considered as long term business and it will bring Dnex to another level while NIIS is a big project but it is only one-off project.

Now what we comment here is just a prediction! The result will show everything in the QR in future!! Topglove profit in one quarter about 2billion, let see how much Dnex can get in one quarter after all settled down (Ping acquisition and Silterra acquisition).. hold at least 2-3 years guys!

Dnex seems like not only RM2/RM3 company but more than that! Why I’m thinking of this? As you all can see, Dnex seems going to transform their business into world class company! It’s very obvious, they partner with China to run business on silterra, they partner with Indonesia to run sea cable business, and also acquired 90% of ping which run OnG business. Let see topglove which is world class business, supply glove to the world, how’s their business. I guess Dnex would be better than topglove! God bless!!

Do not only focus on silterra, oil price is keep going up and this will benefit much for Dnex! Please look back few years ago when Dnex acquired 30% of ping and the price that time was usd80++... but now Dnex going to acquire 90% of ping, how will be the result when the oil price going back to usd 70-80 in future?? How people know topglove will raise from 0.50 to 6.00 within three years? How people will know greatech will raise from 0.67 to 6.675 within one year? I don’t think they expected before. But who trust and who know what’s the company doing and they keep holding, the fruits they get is really sweet and nice. I don’t know how far Dnex will go, but recently seems they are doing something dislike few years ago doing nothing. They seems put lot of effort to explore the company. That’s what I see now! Previously, O&G contribute 30% revenue while IT contribute 70% revenue to Dnex. But most of the IT revenue was from government project like igfmas and NSW.
If acquired Ping, the revenue from O&G to Dnex will be raised to 40-45%... which means Dnex is going to lower down the dependency on government. It’s a good direction.
Further more, if Dnex grab Silterra, in future, the government’s projects is just bonus to Dnex!

My opinion, wait until the silterra announcement, if Dnex lost, then consider to sell, if Dnex win, hold at least 3 years!

Dnex lost the bid of niis is under our estimation, as we all know iris has a bigger chance to get this project.
But for me, although niis is a huge project with RM1billion+, but I think silterra is better than niis.
Niis is a one -time project, while silterra is a global business and the products will be supplied to world market! Niis is a government project but silterra is a long term business!
I think it is good for Dnex to be more independent to government. Our politic is very unstable nowadays!

But the project was in overseas not in Malaysia! Hope Malaysia have similar project for Dnex...

I entered this since 2017 at 0.47, now average price at 0.217. Sold 100,000 unit while government announced mco 2 two weeks ago because I thought it will drop deeply therefore I could collect it at lower price to lower down my average price. But it didn’t drop that time. So regret now rise so high... sigh
