I believe foreign fund will start to accumulate local share since our covid rate now under control. Less risky than foreign market. Industrial and development activity will kick start fully soon

One of the main reason i chose this company is because of their close relationship with pahang state govt. Pahang will start developing once ecrl started. Pahang is the largest state in peninsular and it is neighbouring kl and also selangor.

Kota Baru - Dungun - mentakab already completed 16%. Therefore nothing can stop it right now. Ecrl on pahang site already started. So the contract cannot be delayed anymore. Has to be finalized. OCR will be one of the earliest beneficiary. Profit Will start to flow into their account. At the same time the will hv fund for affordable house and vertex kuantan

Syer market is all about demand. The more demand the more the price will be. What create the demand? Demand will be there if the company moving toward betterment and expectation of future planing and contract. If there is sign that company keep on looking for opportunities, the demand for the share will be there. Remember share price dont move in a straight line. There will be always correction due to profit taking session. If you understand this concept then you deserve to invest in share market. Otherwise find a better investment instrument

Eg: Ifca was rm 0.12 before gst implementation. No one really care abt this counter except those who believe. after gst implemented it jump to rm 1.7 in 2 months. OCR has ecrl waiting in the pipeline so the potential is there.
