ok, lets take this counter as example and kindly let me learn abit from here...its opening is 02.08.12 and closing is 13.08.12 with price RM0.12...first thing, how to apply during these period? from bursa website? this apply is same as trading in the market? then how was the payment, wait until the listing date?
