I comment frm supply chain perspective. I sit in production line before and always need to look for option for client especially on how to ensure the cargo or order can reach end user in the shortest lead time especially peak season. Each Maincon having their unique point. You may see Denko, SKP and VS. Whether who share who we don't know and we cant comment since we dont know what is the real story be hide. There are quite a number hide in the market doing client D.

最靠近EG的港口与机场-槟城， 现在很少会有船在槟城直航去欧美。在出口的选项远远不比新山，在新山，有PTP, PASIR GUDANG. 就连空运也比较方便 （可以用陆运到新加坡再上机），尤其是在佳节期间。再供应链上，EG不是很讨好。


P/S：有一点需要纠正，vs现在比较有平衡的客源不像以前。

If u do work in manufacturing before, then you will know the path to VI is not easy.... especially client "D". Anyway, good luck for EG. They are the only one who know where they are now. Hopefully they really develop this client "D".

Still need one key point "relationship". When you are too far away frm your client they will not always remember you at the first place. Manufacturing line always come with a lot of challenge. Let see how EG react coming year. Hope everything turn better.

look at what they have first. SKP take almost 10 yrs to growth until this stage. They have "key person" to assist. Let see what "EG" have.

need to see how is the set up of the production to seduce more order frm client "D". To transform frm traditional PCBA to full assy line is not easy. there is a curve/ cycle need to go through. Frm R&D, Engineering, production, supply chain.... long way to go. Good luck for EG..

both doing same "D"..... but result big different... management is the key point.
