Even Aberdeen and EPF are entering EMS thru Atech.They both bought more than 7 % each of Atech recently.Eg is at all time high and only p/e of 22 compared to Atech's 34.

（吉隆坡19日讯）EG工业（EG，8907，主板工业股）与美国科研及制造企业——剑桥工业集团（Cambridge Industries Group，CIG）扩大合作，准备在前者位于槟城的新工厂，生产用于5G网络的先进光学模组。




根据文告，双方签署第2份意向书（LOI），计划在EG工业的新智能工厂4.0，生产用于5G网络的1.6兆兆位（Terabit）高速光学信号传接器。

EG工业称，该公司是CIG在中国之外的独家生产伙伴，而上述1.6T光学模组为行业中的最新发展，实现用于自动化和人工智能（AI）的5G网络内的高速数据传输。

EG工业同时指出，新建成的槟城智能工厂，将会从今年下半年开始运作。




此外，上述最新的意向书还包括，EG工业将为CIG生产800G光学模组，补充首份意向书中的100G、200G和400G光学模组。800G光学模组产品将会在EG工业位于吉打双溪大年的现有工厂，进行生产。

EG工业总执行长兼执行董事江邦𤧣通过文告称，自从双方在2018年开始合作后，CIG认同了该公司的业务实力，包括生产效率、成本效率和全球分派能力。

“随着我们扩大合作，CIG将转移相关知识产权（IP）予EG工业，加上此前转移的科技技术，我们的科技实力将获得进一步增强。这让我们可以满足光学及AI模组，以及数据中心设备方面的长期需求增长。”

EG also cautioned that the group may face several risk factors associated with the PO including, but not limited to, order deferment by Customer C and the timely availability of raw materials from suppliers.

what a market we have now.. index looks absolutely beautiful but beyond that, everything else is dead. Good results like EG, share price drop. Those with bad results, share price drop even more. at this point, it's like the race to the bottom. low gets lower.
