Dividend. AirAsia declared an interim single-tier dividend of 12 sen, translating to a payout ratio of 35% for 1Q18. Meanwhile, a portion of the proceeds from the disposal of AAC is expected to be distributed as special dividend (with the quantum to be determined later).
