Just wait for next QR. Believe net profit for whole year will be around 32 sen per share. Share price should reflect the earning potential and NTA. Only hope that the company can declare 10 sen to 15 sen dividend.

I think most investors like big projects with big money. Also dont know whether the projects got profits or not. Here in PK already got big profits and sitting on a pile of gold. The only drawback is that they are not generous.

@Bullballs very well said, most like to pay future premium although we still don't know how those big future projects can translate into profitability, credentials of company is even still unknown in new IPO

here we got established business with good consistent profit and also good future prospects, yet people think the stock is already priced in, no longer undervalue (although obviously it is still undervalue if you look into it's fundamental figures). those future stock not only priced in their future expectation that not guaranteed but some also overvalued even if the future is indeed as expected

I believe PK will report a higher profit in QR3 compare to QR2 due to the following reasons:
1. Gold price has soared higher in 1st half of July 2024 compare to QR2.
2. Tomei has raise gold price by RM15 to RM425 per gram starting today.
