From the qualified opinion, there are technically 3 main concerns/issues that the company is facing. If they could resolve those issues within a year, then the next year's performance would be positive.

The deposit paid to Cash Support Sdn Bhd alone is already RM19mil. If this deposit can be recovered, then we should see the positive results next year.

The company has recovered some partial payment from Donaco Holdings Sdn Bhd.
Efforts are still pursuing to recover the balance. The Board is confident the full amount
will be recovered soon.

*Other Receivables to Cash Support Sdn. Bhd.*
The impending issues are the transfer of property from Cash Support Sdn Bhd to Cash
Support Property Sdn Bhd. Upon completion of the transfer, Secretary will issue share
certificate to Star Acres Sdn Bhd. The process of transfer is on going. The Board’s view
is positive development


*Impairment assessment on investment and amount due from subsidiary*
Microlead Precision Technology Sdn Bhd is our main subsidiary company contributing
almost 100% to the group turnover. MQ will take steps to address the net deficit such as
disposing of land and building. New management will take over the operation starting
January’ 21 with a view to control cost and increase sales. This will directly contribute
positively on the performance of the financial results.

The news that Semperit deal is postponed by another 9 months shows that the initial news from MQTech about the deal was not really a fake news. MQTech cannot force semperit to sell their company..

But the intention to acquire Semperit, Kibaru shows the company is eager at exploring options to diversify its business for a more sustainable income..

7.7mil new shares via esos, vs existing total shares of the company at 716mil shares... i.e esos issuance will add slightly more than 1% of existing shares, at avg price of 0.0266 - which is about 17.7% of the current stock price. Those who get the ESOS will get an immediate of 4.64 times return from the money they 'invested'.

So, expect a sell off of at least 7.7mil shares today.. but this 1% sell off by those employees who get ESOS will not have much impact to price movement. The one that will affect the price movement is if existing shareholder is panic about the 1% sell off and follow them selling..

It will rebound on technical. Off course if there is any good announcement, that will catalyze the rebound much faster, and higher :).
The selling momentum was high on Monday, lesser yesterday, and even lesser today. Once the selling pressure ends, it will go up. anyway, anything is possible in stock market.

It will stay at 0.98 for a while, then rebound to 1.04 today.
