The price fix is based on weighted average market price for 5 days immediately before exercise, which could be anytime starting from today? But then, taking Dataprep latest PP for example, it took them more than a month to fix the price. But since DNex PP is huge and they are targeting to close deal for Silterra and Ping before end of 2nd quarter, they probably want to speed up the process
