According to Edge Financial Daily 12 January 2017, at page Page 5 Home Business, REAL says their profit after tax last year was about RM15 million. Since it's RM183 million for 66% stake, that would mean about 5.4% return (15*0.66/183). Would have liked it more if it was at least 6%. Hope that the synergy from the business produces a lot of growth.

Heard on BFM that there is some talk about Paramount planning to selling off their education division to a REIT. Didn't hear which one. Any news?
