I think this is possible for the cash rich developer. Property can be sold, profit can be locked in upon completion, earning interest income for next 10-20 years

I am a bit worried on the trade debtor balance which is more than 6 month revenue. This implied that it takes more than 6 month to collect from customers. Is this a norm for the industry.

Fully valued. generally the result is slightly below expectation compare with Q1 as 15% of the profit is from Forex.

Stiff competition, lower margin. No or negative growth. Basically I do not think Digi can justify a PE of >20. Personally i think the valuation should be at around MYR4.00

- RM6 billion inherited debt. Did they settled the debt in cash and in full?. Why do they need to do so as most debt of TTP is over a long period of time to match the useful life of the plant. Something fishy here. I would ask for detail on these debts and whether this related to the plant or other "undisclosed debt"
