The Board of Directors wishes to inform that it has received notification that the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, Rapid Conn (Shen Zhen) Co., Ltd. ("RCC") had on 23 September 2016, incorporated a new majority-owned subsidiary in China, namely Rapid Conn (Shen Zhen) Plastic Resins Technology Co., Ltd. ("RCR") with the registration number 91440300MA5DLKB1T.
RCR is a private limited company which has subscription share capital of RenMinBi ("RMB") 2,500,000 comprising 2,500,000 subscription shares of RMB1/- each. The shareholding structure of RCR shall be as follows:-

RCR has not commenced business since its incorporation.
The intended activity of RCR is to engage in production, manufacturing, value-added processing, sale and after-sales services of Thermoplastic Elastomers ("TPE") materials which will serve to supplement RCC's current business model.
RCR was funded through the cash injection and RCR is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share, gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholding of CONNECT for the financial year ending 31 December 2016.
The Board of Directors of CONNECT is of the opinion that the incorporation of RCR is in the best interest of the Company.
