Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, XOX Bhd ("XOX" or "Company") wishes to announce that it has offered options to employees under its SIS :



(a) Date of offer: 18 September 2020



(b) Exercise price of options offered: RM0.20 each



(c) Number of options offered: 159,600,000



(d) Market price of XOX’s shares on the date of the offer: RM0.195



(e) Number of options offered to Directors of XOX: Nil



(f) Vesting period of options offered: Not applicable

If drop to 0.200... just sell you 50% of first buy and use 50% of balance to reentry buy at 0.200... Never cut loss all.... if drop from 0.200 to 0.180... then Sell 50% of your shares at your second entry to buy at 0.180... That the way shark or big shark entry.. that why you see price drop but some people still queue because they doing this method.. but contra cannot play like this..

It bound from the support now the operator queue 200k at 0.240, 0.245... i think it will no longer drop.. like i said on my previous comment they will bought at last minute between 4pm to 5pm..

Did you know why XOX price drop.. it is because their doing SIS share issuance scheme.. do you know what it SIS... it normal when company issue SIS.. the price will drop because company give free share to their employees.. they issue share at 0.200 for their employees. Share isssuance Scheme means a scheme involving a new issuance of shares to the employees. Dont know when they complete issue the SIS.. Once it completed then we can see it fly and fly.

Big Shark also use chart to Sell and re-buy at Support... they will not Buy at Resistant
