Create atmosphere of selling low so that they ( big players) can pick a lot more at low price when people throw away at low price. Then, they create an atmosphere of buying high so as to influence more people to buy high
So price goes up n up. Then, they sell with the lots that they collect when price was low. Like today, 21million volume.

More people exercising the warrants will mean more extra shares in the market, more liquidity in the company.
