PETALING JAYA: A Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 plane has reportedly crashed in Ukraine near Russian border.

The plane was flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur with 280 passengers and 15 crew, reports said.

Reports said that it crashed in a conflicted area near Donetsk and it would be complicated to get to the crash.

MAS sources said the plane did not enter the Russian airspace.

Sources said the plane was "shot down" while it was cruising at an altitude of 30,000ft.

Ukraine Interior Ministry said 295 people are feared dead in the crash.

It makes no sense to JV with Sanya. If you understand their business, MINETEC business is too upstream and they should have expanded into downstream long time ago, but they did not. The boss has side business in Perak but not part of MINETEC. Foresee, close case for at least 6-9 months

MAS is incurring huge losses due to one single factor. MAS's customer is RETAIL and not government or Petronas like the other cronies co and GLC. The same model cannot be applied to MAS because there is no competitive edge. The government cannot award freebies to MAS due to different business nature. Its Pampered Child Syndrome will fail unlike the other GLC.
