Instead of posting the annoucement here again, i think i try to highlight some silent points/ interpretations in the proposed investment may be of intetest to some of us.
1. Royce join Tawin group as an associate company whereby it shall remain and maintance as a Bumiputra status company.
2. Tawin shall has two direstors in Royce board which comprises of another three from Jelita(holder of balance 67.5%)
3. Tawin has retained 5 millions of the investment cost as a security of the two years profit guarantee.
4. Government has allocated 31.9 billions for the Ministry of Health next year
5. Royce may explore the "Halal" sector of pharmaceutical business, even possibly to the Arab countries. Investors seeking a niche in the pharmaceutical industry with significant growth potential should consider the halal sector.
6. On Vaccine topic, Royce has pontential to become a distribution arm for the government or Royce may import other vaccine from China or Russia.
7. On copper issues. With Royce collaborations, the potential of developing the downstream usage of copper in the bio chemistry areas cannot be under estimated.
8. Royce is registered with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (“NPRA”) and non pharmaceutical products under the Approved Product Purchase List (“APPL”) which was approved by the Government of Malaysia
to the hospitals, health office, health clinic, dental clinic, health institutions.
9. This proposal of investment is NOT requiring Tawin shareholders approval. Expected completion by end of 4th Quarter of 2020.

Those are facts i extracted from the company annouced informations only.
I was wrong on the optimistic of the markets yesterday. The share price movement yesterday was really disappointing.
I though they have also signed a MOU or something approval on the Vaccine import. but it wasn't.
Anyway keep a close eye again.

Barring unforseen circumstances, Tawin shares prices limit up today.
It was trading well above 50 sens in the years 2017 and 2018 till first half year of 2019. when those years copper prices were well below current prices and Tawin has not rebranded and diversified as compare to now.
Tawin is now re strategised and rebranbed to diversified into property development and pharmaceutical industries. Under the dynamic steering leadership of Dato Ngu Tieng Ung, Tawin future is only better and brighter.

Talking on share prices. if we compare with the recent "vaccine play" counters namely Bintai, Solution, Mtronic, YongTai, Kanger, ..etc. Those companies were merely signed a MOU with foreign suppliers, they still need to obtain government approval for importing and distribution of vaccine. Whilst Tawin is directly buying a pharmaceutical company Royce. Thus chances of doing the vaccine business is higher.

Tawin can be taken as a good medium term share investment, in view of the possibility of involving in the upcoming Covid 19 vaccine businesses, which may close a deal soon via Royce.

Today signing ceremony was witnessed by the deputy human resource minister. Royce is looks like well connect or good rapport with the government.

The latest issue share capital of RM118,790,975.41 of the Company is represented by a total of 446,075,920 ordinary shares and 350,063,380 Irredeemable Convertible Preference Shares ("ICPS").

Tawin has impending right issue. if you dont prepare to fund in or pay up more at the right shares alloted, buying PA now is the best way, yet also enjoying its up trending. And PA price now is still "in the money" if you chose to convert by paying 7.5 Sen per unit to get mother share. Futhermore, floating PA units are lesser than mother shares simply because Directors are holding more substantially in PA. So to conclude, PA is a good buy.

Copper price is at its peak now. last peak was in end of 2017 when Tawin share prices shot up to RM 1. So this round of Copper peak should pushes Tawin prices to what level? If you search and compare the 5 year chart for both Copper and Tawin, you may get a clear picture of Tawin price movement in the next few months.
