@deMusangking I understand what is T+4, but what is the rational behind T+4 and force selling? I tried googling before I ask actually but still I couldn’t find a good answer.

Lets say Hibiscus issue the share tomorrow, how is it reflect in the market price if there is no gap down? Just fluctuate down?

One more question, if let say PP is success, is the price going to gap down?

If yes, why are people not selling out their share and recapture it abt lower price? Or sell it to cut loss?

If no, what is going to happen? Price lowered down slowly?

I am a novice in investing and I really confuse about this private placing.

As I understand, if this is a good deal, it shouldn’t make the share price down because as the compny issuing more shares, the equity of the company grow as well. And this probably not the case for Hibiscus because the proposed selling price isn’t 0.92cents per share. Does that mean we are trading the share at an overvalued price?

Secondly, why is it Hibiscus need to do PP? Need fund urgently? Weak fundamental?
