I think many here had even loss money in share market included myself. I learn from all mistake and I change my altitude from gambler and learn to be investor.

my understanding, iculs is a type of loan with interest after maturity it will auto convert to Mather share. You have to subscribe before ex. for the price rm1 with the way you entitled.
example, the iculs you have 3000 units and cost at rm1 per unit. so rm3000 cash value for the LA.At that time if share price is rm12 per unit. then discount 15% of rm12 is rm10.2. you 3000 unit of LA (rm3000 cash) allow to convert to 294units of mother share. No need to cash out extra money.

This company improved it finance position since 2yr ago. Through taking over Ping. The reduction cost activities improved per drum of oil reduced to USD20, means oil price above USD20 will make profit. To further grow it business to electronics trade, more gov license awarded like e-work and etc.
This area might bring company to another level of revenue and profit margin.

my 2cents, the road block were created purposely. Weak holder see the road block, they think the price have difficultiesto move up, they throw to smart investor.

my 2 cents view, still remember last year right issue. Do you think those share holder have tons of money in their saving to subscribe for right? Answer is no, saving is wasting the opportunity.
Rich people are ultimate investor, they use many financial source privider so that to get the right issue share. After share price going up, they sold some and payback to the source as promised. Also, this activities to give more share liquidity in market.
Just examples, if you sell 30% but the remaining 70% will have chance to move up 60% of price, what is you choices?

it is normal to flash out some short term player. For those who bought below 40 and son below 20, especially short term holder, they will sell all if the price stay at this level. Also, this give chance for long term player to buy more. The average price for this share from open market will raise accordingly. it is also a healthy market activities to make more switching between investors. OK, let said oil price some affect on Dnex, last qr Sept16 to Dec16, oil raise from 42 to 52. Dnex earn huge. Jan17 to Mar17, oil slide from 52 to 47. what will you expect compare to last qr?

针对公司凭单，红股及附加股时，某个情况之下对公司凭单持有人很不公平，因为公司凭单的转换价不能调整至Par Value以下。举个例子：某股的Par Value是1.00，红股前它的公司凭单转换价是1.50，母股红股一送一后，公平的方法是公司凭单也是一送一，而且转换价也从1.50调整至0.75，但是基于条律，转换价只能调整至1.00，凭单持有人吃大亏。
