The Liquidation of MMCZ is part of Zelan’s rationalisation efforts to wind up dormant subsidiaries in Zelan Berhad Group of Companies (“Zelan Group”).

The Liquidation will not have any material impact on the earnings, net assets and gearing of Zelan Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2018. The Liquidation is also not expected to have any operational impact on Zelan Group.

None of the Directors or Major Shareholders of Zelan or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the Liquidation.
