i think they are clearing out all loss at once, including property and timber businesses, and then focus at precast concrete business. my 2 cents idea

this is a turnaround company, now is the process of throwing off bad business and expanding profitable business

I have read the report it is considered as a good sign for the company transition from timber to concrete company. it is making operational profit, but there is a one time off loss due to discontinuity of timber business
