Selina888, esceram has been melting since the last profitable quarter report; inwhich esceram declared dividend. Many were taken for a rough ride to "enjoy" the dividend payout. At over 0.860 then, it tumbled to today at 0.380.

Many are ignorant that esceramic price movement is not related to gloves stocks. Esceram is manufacturing hand formers as their main product line. And of course, the price movement follow the gloves stocks. Just saying.

Serba Dinamik (Serba)’s 15MFY20 core net profit of RM7mn (YTD: n.a.), was within our expectations but above consensus’, - accounting for 87%/93% of full-year estimates respectively. However, we note that consensus’ estimates have not been fully adjusted to reflect Serba’s change in financial year end (FYE). Following the change in FYE to 30 Jun (previous: 31 Dec), there are no comparable figures for 15MFY19. If we compare to the period of Oct-Dec 2020, bottomline contracted by 43% QoQ. This is due to seasonality, as the latter period typically has higher level of activities. In particular, revenue from Malaysia dipped by 41% QoQ due to implementation of Movement Control Order (MCO) in several states. This resulted in slower works in Serba’s key market. Moreover, bottomline weakness was exacerbated by higher finance costs. After taking to account KPMG’s audit findings, we arrive at adjusted FY22 book value of RM0.72. On account of potential book value impairments, and restatement of outstanding IT contracts, we revise our valuation to 0.5x FY21 Adjusted P/B (previous: 0.9x FY21 P/B). We widen our target P/B discount to 50% to reflect the possibility of additional actual findings by new auditors. As a result, our target price (TP) for Serba is reduced to RM0.28 (previous: RM1.00). Maintain Sell.

With all news of resignation of kmpg and serba's directors, Monday trading next week will have strong repercussions of LIMIT DOWN. So sad. From a tiger mouth to a crocodile mouth.

Directors resigned is not bad news; but really very worst news due to KPMG issue. Monday indefinitely limit down. Those holding serba shares really need the impossible to happen.

SLLEE5732 Probably you are one of operator of this counter with insider news. When the Securities Commission request further information of insider news on the latest QR result, will you denied it? Or are you speculating this counter with insider news? Do you know it is a offense to spread insider news prior to an announcement?

Each time price of serba was on downtrend, and an announcement was made about 12.00 noon the same day. After 2.30 pm, the price shot up bcos many bought. And when down again b4 5.00pm. It has happened 3 times; inclusive of today incident. I gathered this is the works of hantu Karim & associates. Careful with this stock.

R n R are shareholders in esceram. And one of the R & R is a director of scib. So selling of esceram is still ongoing. Unless rosli othman disposed all; and esceram will be out of the selling radar of serba related companies

Captain Wong Fook Lin, many idolized you. Why don't you support the price of esceram now - it fell below 50 sen now. Unless, you changed your mind. You can't beat them, so you join them selling and dumping esceram
