Around 10 funds have been investing into Paramount since years ago.

Mostly projects /township have been established well since past few years.The retail center ( Utropolis Marketplace) , Co-labs Coworking , campus properties are rented out which generate income to paramount .

They had secured close to 100 m in bookings from the period. The unbilled sales was at 854 m (31 March 2020) .The remaining Undeveloped lands is estimated at 509 acres ,which generate 6.8 b of GDV.

PAT 2.988m Vs 4.711 m ( -1.723 ) -due to lower construction activities as a result of Movement Control Order .The Construction works (all its projects ) had been halted in compliance to Movement Control Order since 18 March 2020 to 3 May 2020.

the 4.5 c of dividend is confirmed (final changed to interim )..it is not related to the education business as they disposed it,just 20%-30% after selling it. we wait and see the result..
