Haiya, just ask: WHY
2011 EPS = 33 sen
2012 EPS = 19 sen.
2013 EPS to date = 13 sen
According to 20% dividend policy,
you should have distrubite (33 + 19 + 13) × 20% = 13 sen dividend in total,
but so far you only give 1.6 + 1.8 = 3.4 sen.
Still owe me 9.6 sen dividend per share.
