WCT reported 1QFY19 earnings of RM10m (against losses QoQ, -77% YoY) which were below our expectations and consensus. Core earnings are adjusted for land disposal revenue and gain of RM55m and RM30m respectively. DWL has hit a high of RM2.00 on 23 April 2019 before reversing to current level. We believe the stock is oversold as displayed by key momentum indicator.

The emergence of Gadang Holdings Bhd with a 10% stake in DWL and the appointment of former Prasarana CEO as the MD, could be indication turn-around story, hence the share price pullback to its support level would be good entry point as it may retest its recent high.
