My 2centsense is fund managers have been selling to take profits what have had been a good year performance for them. As December is a more likely rally month for KLSE, the lower price base provides a superb re entry point for them. Is there any fear? if yes, make your entry now because the BUY signal is flashing.

@quoyen..not given up yet. Collecting dividend and taking your advice to take a short break (from this counter). Forum members must support positively because investing in your hard earned money is long term. Market goes indefinitely both ways but market closes and opens every trading days.

Forget about LCTH for a while and see Minho, whose price has been steadied at 1.31-1.33 but closed today at 1.38. Failed to breached 1.40 resistance on two previous attempts. Can it be third time lucky?

Amid the gloomy sell down of small cap counters, Minho surprises! On two previous attempts at crossing the 1.40 resistance, the counter faltered. Can it be third time lucky?

@guoyen, thank you for your concern.Have a lot of free time so this forum keeps me actively occupied. From the last dividend announcementt in August, price dipped 10 cents from high 0.65 (13th) to low 0.55 (25th). So, this is a normal incident. So expecting 0.725 to enter......

KESM has been in Penang for several years and free fall does not apply here. Those who bought below 5.00 are locking in small profit. Closinng price above 5.25 is good indicator.

Yesterday, strong morning, weak afternoon. Today, weak morning; can it strong afternoon? LCTH always does the reverse.

The bull took a long afternoon nap yesterday...from up to oops. However if trading volume continues to be above 5 mil, upside still intact.

(My earlier post - Big bro probably absorbing 0.785 to 0.815 and parking at 0.80 for next flight. 18/11/2015 12:31)
My 2centsense is a likely upside on Monday should the volume touch 10 mil.

The only thing certain in the stock market is the next day analysis. On trading day nobody can predict how the day is going to go by. That is why you have the bull and the bear. You are always hoping you ride on a bull than on a bear because Mr. Bear don't like you on his back. Latitude LP 6.39; TP 3.85; -2.54. Can it go higher? Some people think so. LCTH? I guess some people think so too.

My 2centsense is LCTH has a big bro (or bros) backing; the likelihood of it going up is undoubtably stable. Of course big bro(s) must be confident in LCTH's future growth. Since 2012, there is no turning back for LCTH, 7.7% (2013), 10.3% (2014), 17.6% (2015, 3rd Q)). What interest me in LCTH is their announcement in April as to their capex of 65 million. Source: http://www.theedgemarkets.com/my/article/lcth-plans-spend-rm65m-capital-expenditure? - Important points in report: 1. The existing customers include HP, Bose Corp, IBM and Dyson Ltd. 2.The move to buy the land in Penang is necessary as their Fu Hao plant is already operating at peak capacity.

Thought LCTH would explode with good quarter annoucement (like Geshen) Seems big bro not so generous to have party time. Contra players licking wounds if they were chasing price from 0.76. Big Q; at what price will big bro bottled it up? Tomorrow is crucial. Can LCTH confound the market again? You have to be very afraid!

Eat humble pie today. After touching 0.825, it went south to 0.80. However mood still intact as T4 contra players are winners too.. Big brother looks like taking a breather and pacing the momentum to continue its upside.

Malaysia’s ringgit has really “bombed out” and that makes some of the nation’s stocks attractive, Mark Mobius, chairman of the emerging-markets group at Franklin Templeton Investments, said in an interview.
Global funds have pulled 41.5 billion ringgit ($10 billion) from the country’s debt and equities this year amid a 16 percent slide in the ringgit. That’s the biggest in Asia and already exceeding any annual loss since the regional financial crisis. Malaysia is vulnerable to the slump in Brent crude because it’s Asia’s only major net oil exporter, with the currency’s losses exacerbated by China’s slowing economy, a broad selloff in developing nations and a political scandal involving the prime minister.
“I think it’s so undervalued now,” Mobius said in Bangkok on Wednesday, adding that he’s buying Malaysian stocks amid the currency’s plunge.

Mark Mobius: No doomsday scenario for emerging markets
The MSCI Emerging Markets index is down 13% year to date as fears about a Chinese economic slowdown on top of an imminent Federal Reserve rate hike batter investors’ confidence. But Mark Mobius of Franklin Templeton Investments downplayed widespread worries about emerging markets, noting that foreign reserves and public debt are at healthy levels while economic growth remains robust. “There are pockets of vulnerability in some countries, but by and large, we don’t see an asset-class-wide doomsday situation,” he said in a blog post on Friday. Mobius expects emerging markets to continue to drive global economic growth and stressed that they should not be ignored, given their economic impact. “It is true that emerging markets’ economic growth in general has been slower this year than perhaps it was in the past, but we don’t see systemic risk present in emerging markets,” he said.

Smart fund money swallowing up whatever you give at 0.80 because as explained in my last post taking the dividend gives them a much better returns. And in my 2centsense opinion, LCTH has very smart people managing it because they may have foressen the RM depreciation and decided to invest their capex for the future where their sales are traded in US dollars. Some called it luck, others foresight. A star is borned.Be bewitched!
2015-11-12 19:27 | Report Abuse
But if you price goes higher than 0.80, then your returns is............that is the risk and reward factor of investment. But LCTH is a sound investment. Thats way some say its climb is boring. I am ok if its boring as long as my invested value increased.

Money works for you better. Tomorrow price should be above 0.80 because of dividend. (x date 26 Nov; Entitlement 30 Nov) Say 160000 (0.80 x 200000 lots) is put in 1 month fixed deposit at PBB Golden 50 plus @ 3.25%, investment reurns only 433.33. But tomorrow if you buy 200000 lots at .80 you are entitled dividend returns of 1,000.!! So can go or cannot? Making money work smarter for you is better. (Disclaimer; of course if the price drops, then its silly, isn't it)

Nice to have positive comments. The big Q is are we still in a bullish rally? If yes, pick stock at any downside price and wait (patiently) for a reversal of fortune. If no, take your money out and wait till you think its the bottom. In this meantime of waiting, do a course on feng shui and let us know when is the bottom, please.
