I read about about Mr. Koon's comment on RM3 target price. While it "may" be true that Dayang perhaps can reach the desired target price of RM3. The question is what did it based the RM3 on? Did it base them on "expected future" performance? Since price of oil is cyclical and based on end-to-end demand. OPEC may suddenly shift gear too. Also, what Kenanga implied may not be far fetch. They are trying to say that while Dayang has an impression results based on Q-o-Q but their maintenance contract are based on call to call basis. And note that they will need to beat previous quarter to get profit growth higher.

As the level of risk is higher, yet optimistic outlook for oil. I have moved my pappadoms to Velesto now since it's cheap based on their USP maintenance. I believe based on cost-risk - better in Velesto but I need to thank Dayang for the provision of Pappadoms
